WARNING: THIS IS ARTICLE MAY CAUSE UNEXPECTED EMOTIONS.
Huge THANK YOU to all of our partners that were able to attend our “unconference”! Your contributions were nothing short of WOW! We know there was a ton of content reviewed, stretched and created together, so thank you again! Your voices have been heard and are the fuel driving our platform roadmap.
SocialSurvey exists to amplify relationships—whether that’s between your frontline agents and customers, employees and departments within your organization, or our direct relationship with you. The latter determines a great deal of our success, hence the term “Customer Success”. Being a technology solution in a tech dominating world, it’s imperative for us to connect personally like we did together at our #CreateWOWSummit.
There was no shortage of recognition for this effort with raving feedback and reviews from attendees like this one at our “unconference”:
“It was just awesome to see Social Survey’s entire team so incredibly committed to the success of their customers and the continued leveraging of technology to better connect with our clients, partners, and team members. Truly Inspiring! JUST WOW!” – Mark G
… or this one…
“I’ve never attended a conference where every minute was an intense valuable takeaway! I felt as though I needed more ears. It was worth every dollar and it will dramatically help our company moving forward. All that is the cherry on top to their incredible delivery of goods and everyday service that we cherish.” – Nicole S.

Leading Up to WOW
For months, your Customer Success Managers have been tinkering behind the scenes on a lot of efforts specific to the success of your accounts. This tinkering, no matter how big or small, is to ensure you are gaining the complete value from SocialSurvey. It’s more than just ROI, it’s your Return on Relationships (ROR)! Whether our efforts sourced from …
- moving the needle towards 75+% adoption
- launching your first EmployeeWellCheck cycle
- getting “GREAT” reviews on your website
- and/or allowing us to highlight your Top Performers at your annual awards banquet
… our greatest goal has been to nurture our relationship with you.
Our focus at the summit was to create an innovative, fun and educational experience during every step of your “unconference” journey. One of our first and biggest “WOW” moments for our team was connecting with you at the Partner Wall in our office for the Wednesday night kickoff party.
As you know, we’ve made a big effort to get you all fully connected and integrated into our PartnersProgram. So, adding Badges of Completion to your logos—for API, EmployeeWellCheck, Top Performer Awards, and Verified User Badges—was a WOWworthy experience.
Another WOW highlight was giving you all the high-fives as you paraded from one session experience to the next. We’ll admit this felt corny at first, but during our pregame warmup we connected to the value our relationship brings to your team and ours, which cranked the energy way up. Thank you for rollin’ with it!
The final WOW part of the journey we’d like to highlight, was all the core learning and creating to support your work on our platform. Whether you were intensely ideating new features in a SocialSurvey breakout session or bonding with your Customer Success Manager at the WOW Bar, we heard from you WOW-and-Clear 😉 Thank You!
