At Social Survey, your privacy is very important to us. As such, we want to clearly explain how we use your information and how you can protect your privacy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
We collect the following information from our customers and their employees who sign up for our services:
Account and Profile Information: When you create an account on Social Survey, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, title, photo, company name, address, phone number, email address, and password. If your employer has set up an account on your behalf, your employer will provide us information such as your name, email address, and profile information. When you create an account on Social Survey, we also collect information you provide about yourself in your profile or information you post on your profile.
Review Requests: If you choose to send review requests to your customers or other individuals, we will ask you to provide their names and email addresses so that we can send the request. We will also receive this information directly from individuals if they request review forms from us. We will only use the individuals’ information for the purpose of sending review requests.
Contact Information: If individuals choose to use the “Contact” form on your profile page, we collect the individual’s name, email address, and message content in order to process the contact request and send you an email from that individual. We do not store this information or use or disclose it for any other purpose.
Payment Information: When you register for a service that requires payment, we will collect payment card and/or financial account information. Social Survey does not store payment card information. Any payment card information collected by us is processed by our service providers.

Web Logs and Analytics Information: We record certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our services. This information may include device and browser information, internet protocol (IP) address, URLs of referring/exit pages, information you search for, and locale. We and our analytics providers also collect and store analytics information when you use our services to help us improve our services.
Other information we may collect:
Integrated Services: You may link your Social Survey profile to other services you use such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google+ (“Integrated Services”). When you connect to Integrated Services, we will receive and publish to your Social Survey profile information that the Integrated Services make available to us, such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, profile photo, cover photo, URL, and status feeds. When you connect an Integrated Services to your Social Survey profile, we automatically collect and display the ten most recent posts for your status feeds on the Integrated Services, and we will automatically publish posts you make on Social Survey to your Integrated Services that support such functionality. We will also automatically publish a review to your Integrated Services and/or your employer’s social media accounts that support such functionality, if the review meets the minimum score for automated syndication in your profile settings and the reviewer selects that it was a “Great” experience. If you would prefer to not have your reviews posted you should not connect with an Integrated Service. You can also delete posts on your Social Survey profile through your profile settings or delete the posts on the Integrated Services if they allow you to do so. You should review your privacy settings and policies for the Integrated Services to understand the information it sends to us and how they use information they receive before connecting them to our services.
