    As a Top Performer, what gives you that competitive edge?

    Chris: I believe that I have a competitive edge due to my dedication to being an expert in the field and providing advice and solutions to my clients problems and/or goals. Although buying a home is a big financial decision, I try to keep the process fun and easy going. I believe that, in turn, makes my clients feel more at ease with me which makes it easier for them to come to me for advice and therefore trust my advice. Being likable is a big factor too, and I try to just be someone that my clients can relate to and feel comfortable talking to during this important decision.

    How much does your online reputation matter?

    Chris: I believe it’s an important to have a good online reputation. If a buyer receives a couple of names to call to start the process, the first thing they should do is do a little research before making that initial call. If you can get that slight edge over the other lender at the beginning and they call you first, it makes all the difference in the world and conversion percentage increases tenfold.

    What is your most memorable WOW customer satisfaction experience?

    Chris: My most memorable customer satisfaction experience happened a couple of years ago. I helped a refugee family purchase their first home here in the U.S. They worked hard and saved money for a couple of years in order to buy a home for their family. Unfortunately, they went to a “Big Bank” first who falsely pre-approved them and they ended up losing their Earnest Money. Like most buyers, they didn’t know any better. However, I was able to step in shortly thereafter and get them pre-approved and into their first home a month later. Seeing their pure happiness and joy at closing was very emotional to me and made me appreciate the service I provide to each and each buyer I work with.

    Chris: I would just like to thank my Production Assistant, Annie, for all the hard work and follow up she does on my behalf every day, and also to my Processing Team for taking care of all the behind the scenes stuff. They make me look good, and I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to helping our clients buy a home!

    Aaron: It is very important to have good reviews. If someone refers a buyer 3 lenders and that client does research they will find good reviews across multiple sites which gives me that needed credibility.

Nothing is more important to me than making sure every client is treated like they are are my #1.

    What is your most memorable WOW customer satisfaction experience?

    Christine: I had a client purchasing a foreclosed home and the bank who was selling the home selected a title company that was about 200 miles away from town. I was assured my clients would receive an authorization to receive their keys with our providing the signed digital copy of their papers to the title agent just after the closing, but the title agent in charge of the title paperwork was out sick and the agent handling the closing refused to give authorization to release the keys for the home without having the original package of papers in hand. To insure my clients could move into their home the same day as closing, I drove their signed closing documents 200 miles to deliver them allowing them to move into the property that night.  

Christine’s customer service and efficiency sets the standard for how mortgage firms should conduct themselves. Her personal attention kept our anxiety to a minimum through the entire home purchasing process. Christine and her team are a pleasure to work with, and they earn the highest recommendations!

His family was truly so appreciative and excited at what they thought was extra effort but what we would do for anyone.
